Pam’s Power Hour: Virtual Strength Training with Pam Evans
M/W/F | 8:30–9:30 a.m. | Zoom | $10 per class
Join Pam for a non-impact strength, conditioning, and flexibility workout. Each class includes a warmup, standing exercises with optional weights, and floor work for legs, abs, and glutes—plus plenty of stretching. Pam has taught on Orcas for over 20 years and holds certifications in Aerobics and Personal Training. For details, contact Pam at pamela@rockisland.com.
