Kinship Programs Presentation

Join us at the Orcas Senior Center for a presentation by the Opportunity Council’s Kinship Programs. Kinship care is when children are raised by grandparents, relatives, or close family friends in the absence of their biological parents. The programs support families in Whatcom, Island, and San Juan Counties.
This brief presentation will introduce two key resources for caregivers:
