Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga: Enhancing Balance and Wellbeing for Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities
Join us for Chair Yoga, a soothing practice tailored for seniors and those with disabilities, held at 10 a.m. every Tuesday and Thursday. This gentle technique incorporates the use of a chair for support, enabling participants to explore balance poses without the concern of falling.
Ivona Edry will be leading the class while Suzey is away. Ivona brings 370 hours of yoga teacher training. Her experience practicing chair yoga with her own parents has deepened her appreciation for its benefits, both physical and emotional.
A suggested donation of $15 per class is appreciated, and all are welcome—no one will be turned away due to financial constraints. For more information, contact Ivona at ivonaedry@gmail.com.
