Feldenkrais Class with Millie Novak

Discover the power of mindful movement with Millie Novak, an experienced Feldenkrais practitioner. Join her for a gentle, seated movement class every Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Orcas Senior Center. Improve mobility, balance, stability, and even vision—ideal for all fitness levels. Please wear comfortable clothing and non-slip shoes. Each class is by donation with a suggestion of $15.
