Advance Care Planning Workshop
Join us at the Orcas Senior Center on November 4 at 1 p.m. for a free Advance Care Planning Workshop presented by Hospice of the Northwest.
Advance care planning helps ensure that your goals, values, and healthcare preferences are known and honored if you are unable to communicate them due to illness or injury. During this workshop, an experienced facilitator will guide participants through advance care planning documents and answer questions about the process.
All forms and materials will be provided free of charge. This is an excellent opportunity to take an important step toward planning for the future and giving peace of mind to yourself and your loved ones.
