Meditation

Meditation: Tuesdays at 1pm at the Orcas Senior Center
Julia summers became fascinated by Buddhism when she was on assignment photographing nomadic families in Nepal, they had nothing material and everything spiritual and they were very generous. Upon returning to the US Julia researched Buddhist teachers listened continually to Dharma talks and eventually worked at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in California. She started her own retreat, Spirit House, in 2013. Julia looks forward to leading a meditation group at the Orcas Senior Center once a week, Tuesdays at 1pm. Julia welcomes anyone who is curious about meditation. No experience required and there is no cost for this class, it is by donation and with love.
