Discover History: Field Trip to Deer Harbor Community Club!
Join us on March 12th at 1:30 for an exciting field trip to the Deer Harbor Community Club (DHCC) on Orcas Island, Washington. Immerse yourself in the rich history of this 1905 historic building, listed in the Washington Heritage Register.
During the event, enjoy coffee, tea, and cookies while taking a brief tour and presentation on the DHCC’s fascinating history as a one-room schoolhouse until 1925. Learn what life was like in the early days of the community.
