This gentle technique incorporates the use of a chair for support\, enabling participants to explore balance poses without the concern of falling. \nIvona Edry will be leading the class while Suzey is away. Ivona brings 370 hours of yoga teacher training. Her experience practicing chair yoga with her own parents has deepened her appreciation for its benefits\, both physical and emotional. \nA suggested donation of $15 per class is appreciated\, and all are welcome—no one will be turned away due to financial constraints. DESCRIPTION:The Washington State Department of Licensing’s new mobile service\, DOL2Go\, will travel to Orcas Island to assist residents with their driver licensing and ID needs. The event will be held at Orcas Senior Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. \nDOL2Go offers the same services available in DOL offices\, including enhanced ID cards and driver licenses. Customers applying for an enhanced card are encouraged to use DOL’s online checklist (go to www.dol.wa.gov) to ensure they bring the correct documents.
